This professional education aims at training students to be special graduates as advanced compound talents who can grasp the solid theoretical knowledge of insurance, master basic knowledge of insurance & investment, as well as be familiar with the basic business skills of insurance, and so on. II. Basic Requirements
The students in Major insurance mainly study the basic theory and basic knowledge of fundamental insurance and risk management, accept the practice ability training in risk identification, evaluation and techniques selection as well as plan-making, implementation and review of risk management, possess the capabilities in risk management as well as price-making, production, claims management and products development, and other related teaching and research work. Graduates should acquire the following knowledge and skills:
