一、培养目标体系

Ⅰ. Objective System

1.人才培养目标

Objectives

(1)基本培养目标

General Objectives

培养的学生身心健康、知识结构合理,有健全的人格、高尚的人文情怀和社会责任感,有一定的批判思维与创新能力、科学研究能力、语言文字表达能力、终身学习能力和组织管理能力,具有国际视野和团队合作精神。

Students are nurtured to be both physically and psychologically healthy. They are expected to have a wholesome personality, a value for humanistic pursuits, and a sense of social responsibility, as well as the ability to think critically and innovatively, good writing and communication skills, an orientation towards life-long learning, and a proficiency in organization and management. Moreover, they should have an international mindset and be able to work well in a team context.

Major-specific Objectives

本专业面向国家和社会需求,培养具备管理、经济、法律和计算机等方面的基本知识和能力,在工商管理方面获得企业家基本训练的经营战略、生产运作、市场营销、企业策划、公司理财、人力资源、经济法学等方面的综合知识和能力,具体表现为:

①具备理论与实务的专业管理人才

②建立宽广与正确的服务人生态度

③追求全人教育以及重视专业训练

能够在公益事业部门、行政单位、事业管理部门、国有企业、民营企业、跨国企业集团等工作;能够在大专院校与科研院所从管理类专业的教学、科研工作。

Facing the national and social needs of the professional training, Students are cultivated to have basic knowledge and abilities of management, economics, law and computer etc. Basic training program of business strategy, production operation, marketing, business planning, corporate finance, human resources, economic law and so forth will be provided to make students become comprehensive management talents. To make students,

(1) Having professional management talents with theory and practice

(2) Establishing a broad and correct service attitude

(3)Persuading whole-person education as well as attach importance to professional training

So they can work in the state-owned business, private enterprise, business department, governmental units, the public management department and international Company, and work in teaching, scientific research in colleges and scientific research institute in the field of Business Management.

A1历史、哲学、文学、艺术等领域的基本知识(培养学生具有正确的历史观、世界观、人生观、价值观、审美观)。

A2社会科学学科研究方法的基本知识(让学生掌握社会科学的基本知识,了解基本研究方法,具有人文情怀和社会责任感)

A2. Of social science disciplines and their research methods (to equip students with basic research skills, a value for culture and society, and an understanding of social responsibilities)

A3数理与逻辑分析以及物理学的基础知识(让学生掌握数理与逻辑分析、大学物理的基本知识)

A3. Of mathematics, logic and physics (to train students in basic logical analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving)

A4现代信息技术的基本知识(让学生掌握现代网络技术、通信技术和信息处理技术等的基本知识)

A6培养学生具备企业管理专业能力。相应的课程有:经济学、管理学、会计学、组织行为学、现代企业管理、人力资源管理、生产作业管理、企业经营仿真系统、市场营销、供应链管理、质量管理、财务管理、项目管理、创业管理、信息管理等课程的基本原理和理论

To cultivate the students’ ability of Business management Basic principles and theory .The following courses: Economics, Management, Accounting, Organizational Behavior, Modern Enterprise Management, Human Resource Management, Production and Operations Management, Enterprise Operation Simulation System, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Financial Management, Project Management, Entrepreneurial Management, Information Management,etc

A7培养学生具备独立思考创新能力。相应的课程有:人力资源管理、人力资源管理专题、生产作业管理、企业伦理、企业经营仿真系统、市场营销、供应链管理、金融市场、财务管理、管理沟通与谈判、组织行为学、统计学、创业管理、战略管理、电子商务等课程的知识

To cultivate the students’ ability of innovation and independent thinking .Knowledge of the following courses: Human Resource Management, Topics of Human Resource Management, Production and Operations Management, Business Ethics, Enterprise Operation Simulation System, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Finance Markets, Financial Management, Management Communication and Negotiation, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, Entrepreneurial Management, Strategic Management, E-commerce,etc.

A8培养学生具备沟通领导合作能力。相应的课程有:管理学、人力资源管理、企业伦理、企业经营仿真系统、客户关系管理、管理沟通与谈判、组织行为学、创业管理、战略管理、品牌管理等课程的知识。

To cultivate the students’ ability of communication, leadership and cooperation.Knowledge of the following courses: Management, Human Resource Management, Business Ethics, Enterprise Operation Simulation System, Customer Relationship Management,Management Communication and Negotiation, Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurial Management, Strategic Management, Brand Management, etc.

A9培养学生具备国际观与外语能力。相应的课程有专业外语、国际人力资源管理、国际企业管理等课程的知识

To cultivate the students’ ability of international perspective and English application.Knowledge of following courses: Specialized English, International Human Resource Management, International Business Management,etc.

A10培养学生具备人文关怀服务能力。相应的课程有管理学、人力资源管理、人力资源管理专题、企业伦理、国际企业人力资源管理、管理沟通与谈判、组织行为学、创业管理、质量管理、战略管理等课程的知识。

To cultivate these students’ ability of humanistic concern .Knowledge of following courses: Management, Human Resource Management, Topics of Human Resource Management, Business Ethics, Management Communication and Negotiation,Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurial Management, Quality Management, Strategic Management, etc.

C6具有量化分析解决企事业单位日常管理实务问题能力(运用统计学、运筹学、项目管理等相关管理量化方法和工具,勤于思考,独立分析,善于钻研,富有探索精神并渴望解决现实经营难题)

二、基本要求

II. Basic Requirements

1.掌握管理学、经济学的基本原理和现代工商企业管理的基本理论及基本实践知识;

2.掌握工商企业管理的定性、定量分析方法;

3.具有较强的计算机和外语应用能力、文字表达、人际沟通及分析和解决工商企业管理运营中实际问题的能力;

4熟悉我国工商企业管理的有关方针、政策和法规以及国际企业管理的惯例;

5.了解本学科的理论前沿和发展动态;

6具有创新知识和独立获取知识的能力,能够创造性地运用所用知识、分析和解决实际管理问题;

7.掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法,获得与本专业领域相关的各种实践训练,具备较强的适应能力和人际交往能力。

1. Mastering the principle of management and economics, the theory and practical knowledge of modern industrial and commercial enterprises.

2. Mastering the qualitative and quantitative management methods of industrial and commercial enterprises.

3. Having the abilities of using computer, foreign language, writing, interpersonal communication to analyses and solve the operational problem of industrial and commercial enterprises.

4. Knowing well the national and international policy, law and routine of industrial and commercial enterprises in management work.

5. Understanding theoretical frontiers and development trend of the major.

6. Possessing the abilities of creative knowledge and gaining knowledge by oneself, applying these knowledge creatively to analyses and solve the operational problem of industrial and commercial enterprises.

7. Mastering the methods of bibliographic retrieval and data inquiry, acquiring all kinds of relative practice training in the major, having the powerful abilities of adaptive capacity and interpersonal communication.

五、实践教学环节 

V. Hands-on Experience

实践性教学共40周,其中包括:军事训练、劳动、两课实践、社会实践、课程论文、教学实习、生产实习、科研训练、创业创新技能培养及毕业论文等环节。

The total time of Hands-on Experience is 40 weeks, including Military Training, Labor, Social Practice, Course Paper, Practice Teaching, Productive Fieldwork, Scientific Research Training, Entrepreneurship Skill Training and Graduation Thesis

毕业额定学分:160学分(课内)+8学分(课外)。

课内:必修课111学分,选修课20学分,实践教学环节29学分。

课外:素质与能力拓展8学分。

取得额定学分,方可准予毕业。

Minimum credits are required for graduation.

Minimum credits for graduation:160 credits (curricular)+8credits (extracurricular).

Curricular: 103.5credits for compulsory courses, 16.5 for elective courses, and 40 for hands-on experience.

Extracurricular: 8 credits for innovation and skill development.
