7月19-20日，SuReFood 联盟2025年会暨“迈向低碳循环的食物系统”国际学术会议在成都成功召开。此次会议由中国农业科学院农业经济与发展研究所主办，国家成都农业科技中心、河南农业大学经济与管理学院和中国农业科学院农业经济与发展研究所西南中心联合承办。我院任彦军教授、李晓磊老师、博士研究生柴朝卿、黄禄臣、李梦、程淑俊受邀参加此次论坛。
本次会议以“Towards a low-carbon and circular food system”为主题，聚焦气候变化与农业韧性、营养与环境协同、可持续食物系统与排放治理、畜牧系统与温室气体减排、食品安全与风险感知、健康消费与行为转型等核心主题，涵盖开幕式及大会报告、平行分论坛与闭幕式等环节。
我院李晓磊老师以《Can poverty alleviation strategies effectively boost the purchase of insect protein food? Considering random utility maximization and regret minimization》为题，在“Food Consumption, Health and Consumer Behavior”分论坛上作学术报告。博士研究生黄禄臣以《Can E-commerce development improve nutrition-environment synergy of food consumption? Evidence from a quasi-natural experiment in China》为题，在“Synergies of Nutrition and Environment in Food Systems”分论坛上作学术报告。博士研究生柴朝卿和李梦分别以《China can achieve agricultural net-zero emissions nearly 15 years earlier detected by integrating new assessing framework and multi-scenario deep learning models》、《Low-carbon transformation of food systems within a meta-coupling framework: Research progress and theoretical model》为题，在“Sustainable Agri-food Systems and Emissions”分论坛上作学术报告。博士研究生程淑俊以《The mechanism to reduce household food waste: Food date labeling cognition and dependence—Evidence from urban China》为题，在“Food Safety and Risk Perception”分论坛上作学术报告。与会师生与现场专家进行了深入的沟通与探讨，认真听取了专家学者提出的宝贵建议。
通过参加本次会议，我院师生收获颇多，不仅拓宽了视野，更加深了对食物系统低碳转型、食物消费与健康、环境综合评估等领域的理解，为未来的研究工作打下了坚实的基础。
