报告人简介：
董轶哲，英国爱丁堡大学商学院，教授、博士生导师。获得拉夫堡大学（Loughborough University）金融学博士，诺丁汉大学（University of Nottingham）金融学硕士，卡迪夫大学（Cardiff University）经济学硕士和华南理工大学学士。长期聚焦金融机构效率，银行经营与管理，公司治理，公司金融，绿色金融的研究。主持University of Aberdeen Small research grant、Aberystwyth University Conference Funding等3项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、Hong Kong Lingnan University Research Fund等3项。研究成果发表在《Nature Food》、《Journal of Corporate Finance》、《European Journal of Operational Research》、《British Journal of Management》、《Journal of Financial Stability》和《British Accounting Review》等全球公认的国际顶级期刊。担任中国经济协会（英国/欧洲）主席，牛津大学期刊《中国经济与商业研究杂志》（Journal of Chinese Economic and Business Studies）联合编辑和《欧洲金融杂志》（European Journal of Finance）副主编；他还同时担任《欧洲金融杂志》（European Journal of Finance, ABS 3*）、《英国会计评论》（British Accounting Review, ABS 3*）、《中国经济评论》（China Economic Review, ABS 2*）、《经济建模》（Economic Modelling, ABS 2*）、《新兴市场金融与贸易》（Emerging Market Finance and Trade, ABS 2*）等多个SSCI一区期刊的客座编辑。
